The Mayor and other city officials will not use cars to come to work to highlight the importance of other means of transport, namely bicycles or walking.
Also, in cooperation with the city department of education, an action for kindergarten children is organised. All preschool children from Sombor and 15 villages will be taken out on a walk and will be taught the importance of healthy living, riding bicycles and walking instead of going by car. This will be communicated to them by the members of the city traffic safety board, which organises these kinds of educational activities a few times a year.
