It is a proposal addressed to Italian municipalities, to Mobility Managers of institutions and companies, to associations and to all interested citizens. The Giretto is a competition between cities aimed at promoting home-work and/or home-school commutes made by bike, with the use of other electric micromobility means (electric scooters, monowheel, E-bike, electric mopeds, hoverboard, segway). To participate, just go to work or school using one of the mentioned means, passing through one of the checkpoints located in all Italian cities that have joined the initiative, within the time slot dedicated to monitoring (2 hours between 7:00 and 10:00 in the morning). The winning city of the challenge will be the city that, during the monitoring period, totals the highest number of commutes, and therefore passages, made with sustainable mobility means.
