Mestna občina Slovenj Gradec vsako leto nadgrajuje kolesarsko infrastrukturo, konec leta se odpira nov odsek kolesarske poti z vključenimi predeli za pešce. Dodatno so vsako leto označeni modri šolski prehodi, v letošnjem letu dva dodatna z oznakami "otrok na cesti". Po mestu se sistematično postavljajo popravljalnice koles in pralnice. Občane se aktivno vključuje v predavanja in različne forume na temo trajnostne mobilnosti, prav tako šole in vrtce.
