A városi és a városkörnyéki kerékpárutak folyamatos kiépítése, karbantartása. Zajlik a belváros revitalizációja, szépül a városközpont és egyben csökken a gépkocsik forgalma a belvárosban. Az átadást követően inkább gyalogosan, illetve kerékpárral lehet majd közlekedni.
