Rákóczi utca egyirányúsítása, parkolás rendjének megváltoztatása . A város parkolási rendjének megváltoztatása további három helyen, a vár körüli Molnár Imre sétányról , valamint az Imatra sétányról a motoros járművek kitiltása ( kivéve mozgáskorlátozottakat szállító járművek ) ezen sétányok átadása a gyalogos és kerékpár forgalomnak
