In September 2025, a “bicycle flounder” will be installed in a parking bay. This is a mobile platform with built-in bike racks for parking bicycles. The bicycle flounder is a flexible and low-threshold infrastructure for testing potential bicycle parking spaces.

The city administration is organising an action day on the topic of mobility for people with disabilities. There will be hands-on activities and information stands. The focus will be on special mobility aids that offer people with various disabilities safety and greater mobility. In addition to the city administration, medical supply stores and the police will also be participating in the action day.
