PROMOCJA KORZYSTANIA Z PUBLICZNEGO ROWERU MIEJESKIEGO - BIAŁOSTOCKIEJ KOMUNIKACJI ROWEROWEJ BiKeR
W dniach od 16 -22 września Miasto Białystok wydłuża czas bezpłatnego korzystania z rowerów udostępnianych w ramach Białostockiej Komunikacji Rowerowej BiKeR, z 25 do 60 minut.
