Kungsbacka organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2011, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
An exhibition with written information material from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and European Mobility Week. We will organize a quiz for visitors in which they will be able to win a safety pack for bikeriders with reflexes, a bike helmet and a reflector vest. We will promote our bike map and encourage the inhabitants to choose the bike ahead of the car when traveling through the town.

We will promote the very appreciated bike map which is free of charge and can also be downloaded on www.kungsbacka.se/upload/Cykelkarta_2010-05-04,%20den%20sista.pdf. We're counting the bike riders at a very central location in order to assess how much cycling has increased.
