- In central pedestrian part of town were established movement limiters (barriers) for cars at the entrance to the pedestrian area in order to ensure safety of pedestrians .
Car-free day
Mukachevo carries out a Car-free day 2011 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
