“Adımla Manisa” Application
“Adımla Manisa” is a mobile application launched by Manisa Metropolitan Municipality that aims to increase citizens' physical activity habits and support healthy living.
The app counts the steps users take throughout the day and converts them into points. The accumulated points can be exchanged for rewards that can be used at Niobe Co. Cafes owned by Manisa Metropolitan Municipality. This way, you can protect your health by walking and earn rewards at the same time.
Eg: 10,000 steps = 1 coffee
This system encourages citizens to move more while also offering a reward mechanism that supports social life.
The Announcement of Akhisar Bike Path
As part of European Mobility Week, a new bike path approximately 1 km long is being constructed in Akhisar, between the Akhisar Lake Area Amusement Park and the Akhisar District Governor's Office. Most of the path has been completed and will be opened soon. This permanent measure aims to reduce traffic congestion and promote healthy living by encouraging environmentally friendly transportation. In addition, the bike path is expected to contribute positively to the city's social life and environmental awareness.
