Lavagna organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2011, taking into account the annual theme.

We partecipate to the activities proposed by the VIVINBICI Association for the week: Counting Cyclists activities on some main roads of the town, awards to the people who use bikes instead of cars, bike trip for all people from the town Casarza, Sestri Levante, Lavagna and Cogorno (about 15 km)

In 2011 Lavagna and the near town of Sestri Levante will develop a bike sharing system in order to favorite the of bike instead of cars both for inhabitants and for turists.
In october the municipality of Lavagna will organize the presentation of electric cars, with the possibility for all people to test the cars on road.
