Join us on an atmospheric evening walk through Alytus, starting and finishing at the Tourism Information Centre. Along the way, we’ll wander through A. International Car Free Day
On September 22, National Car-Free Day, we invite you to leave the car keys at home and discover Alytus on foot! This 16-kilometer city-wide excursion will take us through green paths, bridges, and historic neighborhoods, showing Alytus from many different angles. Our finish line will lead straight into the Baltic Unity Day celebration, where visitors will be welcomed by impressive large-scale sculptures made of hay – a creative tribute to the ancient Baltic tribes. A walk that combines movement, culture, and celebration in one inspiring journey!
