Utrecht organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2016, taking into account the annual theme.

* Way2Go! : Children on 40 primary schools are stimulated to go to school by foot or bike during a week with the Traffic Snake game. Their parents are stimulated as well, to go to school and subsequently to work by a sustainable mode of transport.
* De Juffenfiets ("The Teacher's bike"): start of campaign to get more primary school teachers to bike to their work
* Fietstelweek (Bicycle count week): during one week participants will use an app to register their cycling trips, resulting in more insight in bicycle traffic
* Campaign week for the "travel style test" for students
* Pak het moment ("Catch the Moment") at Maliesingel/Tolsteegsingel roadworks: campaign to promote alternatives for the car
* E-bike Roadshow: a temporary test course for e-bikes on a business site in Utrecht
* "Low Car Diet" meeting for employers (16 Sep)
