Promowanie zdrowego stylu życia, zachęta do pozostawienia samochodu w domu - korzystania z roweru miejskiego lub bezpłatnej miejskiej komunikacji, częstszego korzystania z publicznych miejsc aktywności tzn. z nowych parków, siłowni zewnętrznych i wspólnej przestrzeni miejskiej.

Przeprowadzenie wśród dzieci konkursu plastycznego "Rowerem przez Łaziska ". Celem konkursu jest rozwijanie aktywności twórczej dzieci połączone z propagowaniem wiedzy na temat bezpiecznych zachowań podczas korzystania z roweru oraz znajomości przepisów i zasad w ruchu drogowym.
