Zemst organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2012, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
On Sunday the 16th September,Zemst will make the center car free and organise activities.
Zemst organised a Car Free Schoolday on the 21st of September. All the elementary schools in the municipality took part in this action. A car free zone is created around the participating schools. All day long, activity’s on mobility and traffic are organized. The pupils came by bike or by foot to school.

Zemst carries out a Car-free day 2012 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
