Zelená ulice - hry a soutěže na uzavřené komunikaci, besedy s občany k tématu, přehlídka vlastnoručně vyrobených dopravních prostředků a automobilů na rostlinný pohon, let horkovzdušným balonem nad městem, výlet vlakem ČD a historickým trolejbudem MHD, lampionový průvod městem

Trvalé opatření Zlín
V tomto roce byly zahájeny rozsáhlé opravy chodníků a silnic. U přechodu pro chodce na ulici Kvítková v centru města byla zapuštěna do vozovky bezpečnostní miniaturní světla na sluneční energii, dále vybudována kruhová křižovatka, vícepodlažní parkoviště a podchod pro chodce a cyklisty. Ve městě bylo osvětleno deset přechodů pro chodce s halogenidovými zářivkami. Potřebná pravidelná linka městské hromadné dopravy se v dubnu rozjela do místní části Želechovice. Byly upraveny nejvíce využívané zastávky MHD včetně BUS zálivů na náměstí Práce, Prštné, náměstí Míru. Pokračuje se v budování páteřní cyklostezky Otrokovice – Vizovice a sítě cyklistických tras ve „Zlínském regionu“, v roce 2007 realizována cyklostezka na Benešově nábřeží, v Prštném a na Husově ulici.
