Prachatice organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2011, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
Library pilgrimage, or the libraries of the region. A special train ride from Prachatice over Volary to the New Valley and back. Ready is a rich program, in the train meet musicians Czech and German writers. In the New Valley will organize fun at the state border in the museum area Šumava railways, which are connected to the National park ŠUMAVA and local authorities, Rose Publishing, artisans and cooks.

Prachatice carries out a Car-free day 2011 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
