Revitalizace veřejných prostranství (úpravy sídlištního prostoru, parkové úpravy včetně pořízení a obnovy městského mobiliáře, výstavba, rekonstrukce a sanace dopravní infrastruktury, vybudování protihlukových stěn, výstavba, rekonstrukce a sanace technické infrastruktury a budování či modernizace nekomerčních volně přístupných rekreačních ploch.
2. Meandr Ohře a víceúčelové stezky – revitalizace meandru má poskytnout zázemí pro volnočasové aktivity
3. Areál Rolava - rozšíření sportovních a zábavních atrakcí pro obyvatele.
4. Rekonstrukce ulic Vítězná, Drahomířino a Mattoniho nábřeží (nové bezbariérové chodníky, více prostoru pro chodce,)
