Geleitstraße in Weimar - die kleine innerstädtische Straße ist in diesem Jahr saniert worden. Ende Juli 2008 ist die Einkaufsstraße mit einem Straßenfest neu eingeweiht und zur Benutzung übergeben worden.
Die Geleitstraße ist seit dem als "Verkehrsberuhigte Zone" ausgewiesen.
In Vorbereitung ist die Schaffung von Stellplätzen für Fahrräder in der Weimarer Schützengasse vor dem CineStar Kino.
