Construcción de 31 kilómetros de nuevas vías ciclistas bajo las premisas de conectividad entre todas las zonas de la ciudad, la continuidad de la red y la seguridad que proporciona a los ciclistas urbanos.
Adaptación (obra civil) de pasos de peatones para personas con movilidad reducida.
Instalación de nuevos pasos de peatones semaforizados en Avda. Reina Sofía acceso a Urbanización Los Villares, Hospital y Centros Comerciales Área Sur y Luz Shopping.
Creación de nuevas zonas de aparcamientos reservadas para personas con movilidad reducida, 12 plazas en Plaza Aladro, 9 en la calle Santo Domingo, 17 plazas en Callejón de los Bolos y 7 plazas de nueva creación en calle Armas.
