Mise en accessibilité progressive du réseau pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. En parallèle, avancée de la réflexion des élus et des services sur un plan de déplacements urbains (avec développement à terme des modes doux et d'un TCSP), et projet d'un pôle multimodal situé dans le quartier de la gare (TGV) de Dax, par ailleurs totalement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite depuis décembre 2010.
