To promote and relaunch the walking to school bus, in a primary school of the Venice mainland, a big party has been organized in the neighborhood park. At the end of school time, children and their parents, with teachers involved, are going to have lunch together. On this occasion it will explained how to join the service and which routes will be activated, collecting the availability of volunteer parents and grandparents.

From 10 to 12 a.m. will take place the seminar for the opening of the exibition managed by the University of Architecture of Venice (IUAV) to present five projects to transform the internal and external space of some schools on the Venetian mainland, to promote sustainable mobility and make the school spaces and the urban context in which the schools are located more livable.
The design proposals were developed by the final year students of the architecture degree course during the design laboratory of the 2023-24 academic year and will be illustrated to some classes and to the head teachers of the schools involved, to local cycling associations , and to the local administration. The exhibition and the seminar will take place in the spaces of the Carpenedo Bissuola neighborhood library. The exhibition will remain open to the public for a month until October 20, 2024.

Launch of a specific website dedicated to those who cycle on the venetian mainland and on the islands of the lagoon. It aims to be an information site, itineraries outside of the historic center, themed events managed by the Municipality or local assotiations. The site will collect proposals and services for local and international cycle tourism, and for those who use bicycles for systematic travel.
