There will not be a permanent measure put in place on Liverpool Road but the event will support a number of campaigns and initiatives that support green travel and behaviour change.
Car-free day
London Borough of Islington carries out a Car-free day 2008 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
