Zachęcenie lokalnej społeczności, aby w tym dniu zamienili samochód na inny środek lokomocji: rower, hulajnoga, spacer. Każda osoba, która w tym dniu zamieni auto na inny środek lokomocji otrzyma upominek w postaci gadżetu z akcji Europejski Tydzień Mobilności. Osoby, które w tym dniu przybędą do Urzędu Gminy w Jednorożcu zostaną poinformowane o korzyściach korzystania z innych środków transportu niż samochód.
