1.Presentation of the roads in the downtown in which the traffic of private cars will be restricted
2.Presentation of the areas that mustn't be used as parking places, such as school yards
3.Presentation of the measures for improvement of communication ways and quality of life of the disabled

Rijeka carries out a Car-free day 2007 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
