Osijek organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2014, taking into account the annual theme.

Obilježavanje Europskog tjedna kretanja crtanjem djece iz eko vrtića na kolniku velike šetnice u gradu na temu „„Naše ulice, naš izbor“ ('Our Streets, Our Choice'), , građanskom biciklijadom, krossom djece iz osnovnih škola, malim izviđačima eko igrama, dijeljenjem letaka s crtežima djece na središnju temu te predavanje policijskih službenika o sigurnosti u prometu u OŠ (eko škole) gdje će vrtićka/školska djeca učiti kako se ponašati u prometu na temu „Sigurno i vješto u prometu“ i edukacije vožnje biciklom u sklopu projekta „Biciklirajmo zajedno“. Dan bez automobila je obilježen zatvaranjem prometnice u gradu na cijeli dan. Udruga za razvoj biciklizma kao načina života BikeMyDay od 16. do 22. rujna, pod pokroviteljstvom gradonačelnika, organizira BikeMyDays Festival.

Izrađena nova prometna studija s programima za smirivanje prometa, (napravljena signalizacija semafora za bolje prometovanje javnog prijevoza), nastavak izgradnje novih biciklističkih staza (napravljeno novih 1600 m biciklističke staze) te je u planu produženje tramvajske pruge u dužini od 300 m. Uz pomoć policije informirani su građani i mlađa populacija o sigurnoj vožnji biciklom i o tehnički ispravnom biciklu te o zakonskim odredbama vezanim za sudjelovanje u prometu na siguran način.
