Palo del Colle organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2014, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
The participant is committed to:
-organising a week of activities taking into account the focal theme
-implementing one or more permanent measures
-organising the "In town without My Car" event

PERMANENT MEASURES TO IMPLEMENT:
- Provide Palo del Colle with bicycle stands near the strategic points (public offices, schools, churches, parks...)
-Launch of a campaign of awareness
-Identification of parking areas for the vehicles and bike sharing service during the great events
-Lowering of the speed limit to 30 km/h in all the village, especially near the schools
-Identification of a cycle route
-Establishment of the "piedibus"

Starting from via Napoleone that continues on Via De Gasperi and on Via Muscatiello, recontruction of the roadway with the sidewalks widening in both directions for a better use of the city center

Car-free day Car-free day

Palo del Colle carries out a Car-free day 2014 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
