In the framework of the project “Bicycle lane construction in the area of Olaine city wood Park” children of this local government have possibility to enjoy biking and skating on new bicycle lane. It is important to notice that lightening of wood park and new bicycle lane have been developed within the project of Olaine’s wood park improvement. It is planed to finish this project in the nearest future.
Car-free day
Olaine carries out a Car-free day 2011 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
