Sarpsborg organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2014, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
"Forbausende byfest" hvor en gate med gateparkering og smale fortau stenges for biltrafikk og fylles med ulike aktiviteter, boder og kulturelle innslag. I tillegg anlegges det sykkelfelt i Hans Nielsen Hauges gate og Follogata på bekostning av gateparkering. Dette gir sykkelfelt til en ungdomsskole, en videregående skole, idrettshall og svømmehall.

Sykkelparkering ved butikker. Enkle stativ som butikkene selv setter ut om dagen og tar inn ved stengetid. Dette er oppfølging av en sykkelkonferanse i Nedre Glomma hvor sykkel og handel var et sentralt tema.
Sykkelparkering ved en holdeplass på hovedbussforbindelsen (Glommaringen) mellom Sarpsborg og Fredrikstad.
Etablering av to sykkeltellesøyler.
