Ze względów logistycznych tuż po EMW tj. 25 września br. odbędzie się piknik promujący zrównoważoną mobilność podczas którego zostanie zamknięta jedna z głównych ulic miasta - Konstytucji 3 Maja. Podczas imprezy zaplanowany jest finał konkursu "dotrzyj do celu" który rozpocznie się podczas prezentacji autobusów komunikacji miejskiej w placówkach oświatowych w trakcie EMW. Ponadto planowana jest prezentacja autobusu elektrycznego MAN Lion's City, który od grudnia 2023 będzie stanowił trzon floty komunikacji miejskiej w Mińsku Mazowieckim. Zaplanowano także we współpracy z Miejskimi Zakładami Autobusowymi Sp. z o.o. w Warszawie prezentację oraz jazdy pokazowe zabytkowym autobusem. Ponadto na pikniku udostępnione zostanie miasteczko rowerowe i będzie można zdać egzamin na kartę rowerową.
