Ve městě byly dokončeny další 2 etapy zklidnění silničního provozu na průtahu městem včetně vybudování nových bezpečných bezbarierových přechodů. Dále byl vybudován další úsek cyklostezky.

Kadaň carries out a Car-free day 2007 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
