In addition to the events held this week, the municipality of Cluj-Napoca is in the implementation process of several projects that are promoting alternative transport measures. The most important project in this regard is the "Self service bike rental network." The project involves: 50 bike rental points, 540 bicycles for the residents of Cluj Metropolitan Area, the creation 18.8 km new cycling tracks and 40.95 km of extensive transportation network on the Floreşti - Cluj-Napoca – Apahida route.
