Kraków (Krakow) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2014, taking into account the annual theme.

Kraków od lat prowadzi działania na rzecz uspokojenia ruchu samochodowego w Śródmieściu, dlatego też oddawanych jest pieszym coraz więcej przestrzeni zajmowanych kiedyś przez auta. Można tu przedstawić choćby takie przykłady jak przekształcenie w miejską przestrzeń - niedostępną dla ruchu - Małego Rynku i placu Szczepańskiego, czy ulicy Grodzkiej i fragmentu ul. Krupniczej. Ważnym elementem kampanii jest promocja zrównoważonego transportu oraz zwiększenie świadomości społeczeństwa w zakresie ograniczenia korzystania z samochodów na rzecz przyjaznych dla środowiska form transportu.

•uruchomiono pierwszą w Polsce regularną linię autobusową (nr 154) obsługiwaną autobusami elektrycznymi,
•zmodernizowano, na bardziej ekologiczne (mniejsze drgania i hałas) torowisko od Ronda Mogilskiego do Ronda Czyżyńskiego,
•zamontowano 224 stojaki rowerowe,
•uruchomiono parking typu „Bike and Ride”, wyposażony w stacje naprawczą,
•powiększono system roweru publicznego KMK Bike o nowych 17 stacji i 230 rowerów,
•oddano do użytku kolejne odcinki dróg rowerowych: al. Andersa od ul. Dunikowskiego do ul. Okulickiego po stronie północno-wschodniej o długości ok. 620 metrów oraz al. Pokoju od ul. Lema do wjazdu do Ogrodu Doświadczeń po stronie północnej o długości ok. 550 metrów,
•wytyczono kolejne kontrapasy na ulicach: Garncarska, Szpitalna, Szlak, Józefińska, Staromostowa, Przy Moście, Racławicka
