La Municipalidad de Cuenca dentro de su planificación ha establecido intervenciones puntuales en los entornos escolares de las escuelas de la ciudad de Cuenca, con el fin de pacificar las vías y, mediante señalización, pintura de urbanismo táctico y elementos de segregación, implementar entornos de tránsito seguro para los flujos estudiantiles.
