Poznań (Poznan) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2013, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
Every driver who will present evidence of registration of his/her car will be entitled to use the public transport free of charge. Traveling by tram or by bus between 16-22 September may help reducing emissions and traffic jams. What’s also important is that residents may also make some economies. It may convince them to use public transport more often than their cars.

Poznań is one of participants of the European Car Free Day campaign. What makes our contribution unique is the duration of the event, as campaign-related events will last in Poznań all week (16-22 September). We are of the opinion that such a format of the event is very effective and beneficial to all.

Poznań (Poznan) carries out a Car-free day 2013 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
