A projekt végrehajtása során 3052 m egyesített gyalogos és kerékpárút kerül kialakításra.
Kialakításra kerül 60 db kerékpár elhelyezésére alkalmas kerékpártároló.
Belterületen: 2,75 m használati szélességű lesz a kerékpárút.
Külterületen: 2,6 m használati szélességű lesz a kerékpárút.
A település 4 be- és kivezető, országos közútjai közül 3 teljes egészében ellátott lesz kerékpárúttal (Debreceni, Csegei, Böszörményi utca), egyedül a Nádudvari utcán szükséges még további szakaszon fejlesztést végrehajtani, amely a városvezetés kiemelt célja. Erre pályázni fogunk a következő hasonló pályázati kiíráson.
