Mölndal organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2015, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
Bicycle day in Lindome with free bicycle service to the public, test ride an e-bike and cargo bike, and BMX show & workshop for children. Also a free film screening of "Bikes vs Cars" during the week, launch of two new e-bikes to borrow at the local libraries and an exhibition of books about sustainable travel at Lindome library.

During the European Mobility Week 2014, we launched the pilot Project "Library bike" ("Bibliotekscykel") at the head library in Mölndal. In 2015, due to the success during the past year, we launched two new bikes at two other local libraries, and permanented the project in all three libraries. People with a library card can borrow the e-bikes for free for a maximum of three days.
