Orbetello organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2014, taking into account the annual theme.

Assessment of quality of life within the municipality territory with a dedicated questionnaire to the primary school pupils. This action will involve one or more classes will arrive at the school with their bikes on a dedicated cycling path/route form the City Center to the School.

Valutazione della qualità della vita nell’ambito del municipio attraverso un questionario presso scuola dell’obbligo ed azione di raggiungimento della scuola di una o più classi (elementari e medie) con la propria bicicletta su percorso predefinito dal centro della città (Municipio) al Plesso scolastico.

SUMP has been unanimously approved by the City Council in 2014 and a boat service (Navebus) has been activated as public transport service on the Lagoon for the multimodal interconnection of areas of the City territory (Orbetello Centre - Giannella) for a higher use of sustainable transport modes (Bicycle, Pedestrian areas and boat electric propulsion). A specific project for new cycling lane has been approved and it will be implemented .

Approvazione definitiva all’unanimità del Consiglio Comunale del SUMP ed attivazione di servizio di battello (NAVEBUS) per trasporto pubblico sulla Laguna di Orbetello di Ponente per l’interconnessione multimodale di aree del Municipio (Orbetello Centro – Giannella) per un miglio uso di mezzi sostenibili (Bicicletta, aree Pedonali e Battello a propulsione elettrica)
Progetto specifico per l’implementazione di infrastrutture ciclabili è stato pianificato ed è in fase di realizzazione.
