Шабац (Šabac) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2019, taking into account the annual theme.

16 September
- press conference about European mobility week (local authorities)
- promotion of new crossroad (intersection between Karađorđeva and Kneza Miloša streets) that is adjusted to pedestrians and their safety
- ceremonial opening of the EMW in the pedestrian zone
- promotion of questionnaire (part of SUMP survey) with citizens
- collaboration with police officers with the aim to promote safe driving
17 September
- activities with pre-school and school children- organized show on the city sqare gor more than 1000 youngsters
- closed city center for children's activities (Masarikova street-from Zeleni venac to Museum)
- parking day in the closed street
- day without cars
18 September
-promotion of National agency of safety- training for safe driving of motocycle
- promotion of electrical scouters
19 September
- collaboration with NGO and open class in tehnical and chemical school about safe driving

- mayor of the city coming to work on bicycle, covered by media> promotion of sustainable ways of transport
- ceremonial signing of the charter for EMW award application in front of media

- promotion of EMW and questionnaire (part of SUMP survey) with citizens at the Šabac fair

- cycling promotion (partnership with NGO), organized cycling route through Šabac, starting point: main city' square
