15 SEPTEMBER: Press conference enlivened with a clown.
15 SEPTEMBER: Parking day. 6 locations will be determined throughout the city (each with 2 or 3 parking spaces) to carry out activities in them: Ibaeta (UPV), Centro (Mobility), Gros (Kalapie), Egia (Cristina Enea), Costa (BAE).
As a permanent measure: New App for Functional Diversity via QR at all bus stops in the city.

Car-free day
Donostia-San Sebastián (Donostia-San Sebastian City Council)
carries out a Car-Free Day 2023 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
On the day without my car, as we do every year, we organise a cycle ride aimed at the city's secondary schools and for this purpose we cut off traffic along the route to be able to take the almost 1000 pupils who attend along the road.
