Il a créé une centrale départementale de mobilité "Oise mobilité" ( N°azur : 0810 60 00 60) et un site internet : www.oise-mobilité.fr lesquels donnent toutes les informations pour un déplacement dans l'Oise par train, car, bus, covoiturage, modes doux : horaires, itinéraires, tarifs, billettique, perturbations... Il a équipé les pôles d'échanges et les points d'arrêt principaux de panneaux d'affichage des horaires en temps réel. Il subventionne les collectivités locales organisatrices de transport collectif pour améliorer l'offre de transport.
