The Municipality of Shkodra in operation with the Association of Albanian Municipalities, supported y GIZ Albania will organise a 'Bicycle Day in Shkodra'. Organising a bicycle day and turning it into an annual celebration aims to revitalise tradition and promote a healthy lifestyle but also to revitalise the city's cultural life by enhancing its attractiveness.
