Following the implementation of our SUMP the Nikitara str. & the Ogl str. were reconstructed to narrow the road lane, increase pavements, and include two-way bicycle lanes, and greenery. Continuing the expansion of bicycle infrastructure new bicycle stands were installed in several schools and at the Municipal Art Gallery - G.I. Katsigras Museum. The monitoring system of the pedestrian area was expanded fully with 43 checkpoints, while the studies for satellite parking, controlled parking, and bike sharing advanced in the final stage (the bike-sharing project was to be installed in the following weeks but due to the flooding in Larissa from the DANIEL storm it has been postponed)
