This is a walking event organized by the Hellenic Alpine Club of Kozani for children on the trails of Ai Lia. This is a wonderful and fun event that offers children the opportunity to enjoy nature, engage in hiking, and learn more about the outdoors.
The Hellenic Alpine Club of Kozani, like every year, organizes a one and a half hour hiking event for our little friends on the trails of Ai Lia and invites you to join this fun experience.

Δράση 2η: Περίπατος και Γυμναστική στη Φύση με την Τρίτη Ηλικία - Καλές πρακτικές και συμβουλές περιβαλλοντικής υπευθυνότητας
Καθιερωμένος περίπατος στο Άλσος Κουρί με τα μέλη του ΚΑΠΗ Δήμου Κοζάνης, όπου θα γυμνα-στούμε με τη βοήθεια του γυμναστηρίου Corpus. Στη συνέχεια, το Cluster Βιοοικονομίας και Πε-ριβάλλοντος Δυτικής Μακεδονίας – CluBE, θα πραγματοποιήσει σεμινάριο οικολογικής ενδυνά-μωσης και συζήτηση για καλές πρακτικές-συμβουλές περιβαλλοντικής υπευθυνότητας και κατα-γραφή του ατομικού ενεργειακού αποτυπώματος. Τέλος, θα προσφερθεί πρωινός καφές και διά-φορα εδέσματα στους συμμετέχοντες.

Το Chris Bike διοργανώνει ποδηλατοβόλτα στην πόλη της Κοζάνης. Μικροί και μεγάλοι θα συγκε-ντρωθούν στο χώρο του ΟΣΕ στις 17.00 και φορώντας κράνη θα ποδηλατήσουμε στην πόλη της Κοζάνης έως το Νέο Κλείτος. Η επιστροφή θα γίνει από τον ίδιο δρόμο.

A traditional walk in the Kouri Forest with members of the Senior Citizens' Center of the Municipality of Kozani, where gym exercises will take place with the assistance of the Corpus Gym. Later that day, the Cluster of Bioeconomy and Environment of Western Macedonia - CluBE will hold a seminar on ecological empowerment and generate a discussion on environmental practices and individual energy footprint on society. Finally, there will be morning coffee and various snacks provided to the participants.

Δράση 4η: Πεζοπορία με το Σύλλογο Ελλήνων Ορειβατών (Σ.Ε.Ο.) Κοζάνης στον Αρίνταγα και GreenComp από Go Alive.

Ο Σύλλογος Ελλήνων Ορειβατών Κοζάνης θα συμμετάσχει στην εβδομάδα κινητικότητας με πεζοπορία. Η διάρκεια πορείας είναι 2,5 ώρες. Η πορεία χαρακτηρίζεται εύκολη κι ενδείκνυται για αρχάριους και παιδιά. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα πρέπει να έχουν μαζί τους νερό και κολατσιό. Ο προτεινόμενος εξοπλισμός αποτελείται από ορειβατικά ή αθλητικά παπούτσια, μπατόν και μακρυμάνικα ρούχα για τις στάσεις που θα πραγματοποιηθούν. Στο καταφύγιο του Συλλόγου κατά την επιστροφή θα προσφερθούν αναψυκτικά. Ο Οργανισμός Νεολαίας της Go Alive μαζί με 25 νέους από διάφορες Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες θα παρουσιάσουν το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ GreenComp για τις δεξιότητες βιωσιμότητας.

Activity 4:Hiking with the Association of Greek Mountaineers (SEO) of Kozani in Arindaga and GreenComp by Go Alive.

The Association of Greek Mountaineers (SEO) of Kozani will participate in Mobility Week with a hike event. The duration of the hike is 2.5 hours, characterized as easy and suitable for beginners and children. Participants should bring water and snacks with them. The recommended equipment includes hiking or sports shoes, walking sticks, and appropriate clothing for stops along the way. Refreshments will be provided at the club's shelter upon return.

The Go Alive Youth Organization, together with 25 young people from various European countries, will present the Erasmus+ GreenComp program for sustainability skills.

Δράση 2η: Το Σχολείο μου στην εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας

To Cluster Βιοοικονομίας και Περιβάλλοντος Δυτικής Μακεδονίας – CluBE θα πραγματοποιήσει δράση ευαισθητοποίησης στους μαθητές τους Δημοτικού Σχολείου Αιανής. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό θα πραγματοποιηθεί προβολή της «καθαρής ενέργειας» και θα παρουσιαστούν οι προοπτικές ε-φαρμογής της στην καθημερινότητά μας, με εστίαση στην χρήση των φωτοβολταικών συστημά-των και την συμβολή τους στην εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας. Θα μαθητές θα αποτυπώσουν το οικο-λογικό αποτύπωμα του σχολείου τους και την συμβολή τους στην εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας. Τέλος, θα δημιουργήσουν το δικό τους φωτοβολταικό σύστημα.

Activity 2:My School Contributes to Energy Savings

The Cluster of Bioeconomy and Environment of Western Macedonia - CluBE will organize an awareness campaign for the students of Aiani Elementary School. As part of this event, there will be a presentation on "clean energy" and the prospects of its application in our daily lives, where the use of photovoltaic systems and their contribution to energy savings, will be underlined. The students will measure the ecological footprint of their school and its contribution to energy savings. Finally, they will create their own photovoltaic system.

Στην τελετή λήξης της Ευρωπαϊκής Εβδομάδας Κινητικότητας 2023 θα πραγματοποιηθούν μια σειρά από δράσεις, όπως χορευτικές επιδείξεις από τα Γυμναστήρια Κοζάνης, συνεντεύξεις, αρθρογραφία για την Κλιματική Κρίση, από μαθήτριες και μαθητές του 2ου Γυμνασίου Κοζάνης και της ομάδας του μαθητικού περιοδικού «Στην πένα», ενώ παράλληλα θα υπάρχουν ενημερωτικά κιόσκια από το Τμήμα Τροχαίας, το CluΒΕ, την ΔΙΑΔΥΜΑ και το ΚΕΘΕΑ.

There will also be informative kiosks by the Traffic Police Department, CluBE, DIADYMA, and KETHEA.
