16 September
- "Pula night" - traditional city manifestation with many cultural performances on various locations within the city center; from 20:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m.
- Free public city transport during the manifestation "Pula night"
- "Armaron" - fashion flea market; location: Giardini; from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
17 September
- "On wheels around the Giardini" - obstacle course and race on romobiles/ roller blades/ skates/ roller skates; from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Children's race - race in four categories - announcement for "Pula marathon"; from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
18 September
- Presentation of vehicles for people with reduced mobility, Society of dystrophists of Istria; location: Portarata square; from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Presentation and demonstration: Safe by bicycle in traffic, Community of technical culture Pula and HAK Pula-Rovinj; location: Portarata square; from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Program presentation: Safe on two wheels, Ministry of Internal Affairs Pula; location: Portarata square; from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Fancy women bike ride - a leisurely and safe bicycle ride with provided escort of representatives of Ministry of Internal Affairs Pula, on the route: Giardini – Ulica Dubrovačke bratovštine - Sv. Ivan – Riva – Flaciusova – Dobrilina – Dalmatinova – Narodni trg – Smareglina Laginjina – Giardini; from 17:00 p.m. to 17:45 p.m.
- After-work party - cocktails in Uliks for ride participants; from 18:00 p.m.
- "Let's swim and row - Pula Gymnasium" - a swimming marathon will be held on Mornar beach followed by a kayak rowing competition. Pupils from Pula Gymnasium who do not compete in swimming and rowing will walk from Pula Gymnasium school to Mornar beach.

- Children's activities - Art zone on asphalt - Mobilitiy sports zone: pupils of the Pula Gymnasium will animate the pupils of Monte Zaro Elementary School and the pupils of Centar Elementary School (two classes each from 4th to 5th grade), activities: drawing and various sports activities; location: Giardini; from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Training ground for bicycles - presentation of local cycling clubs, location: Nimfej square; from 16:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.
- "Pula "X" race for children, location: Nimfej square; from 18:45 p.m. to 20:00 p.m.
- Free public city transport and free use of e-bike and e-romobile - include larger trading companies, public legal bodies and schools for using bicycles/ scooters;
- Rewarding bike path users - a free meal with energy bars and a drink; location: along bike paths - Arsenalska - 119. Brigade - C.Prekomorskih brigada; whole day
- Giardini and Nimfej square will be closed to all traffic including public city transport; whole day
