Apresentação do projeto, seguida de uma sessão dedicada ao tema Ambiente, Mobilidade e Sustentabilidade, onde se abordam questões como a importância da redução das emissões poluentes, a promoção da mobilidade suave e a adoção de estilos de vida mais sustentáveis. Esta sessão inclui ainda a realização de um inquérito de mobilidade, que permite conhecer os hábitos de deslocação dos participantes e avaliar oportunidades para melhorar a mobilidade escolar e comunitária.
