Waterford City & County Council are organising a number of 'Activity Streets' on September 22nd, where streets are opened up for public activities and traffic is limited.

Activity Streets are run by communities and are a safe and easy way to turn your street into a play space, by limiting access to vehicles for a few hours and opening streets to play. At Playful Streets children and neighbours can safely play and socialise outside.

Activity Streets are for everyone: children and grownups. They can be a mix of outdoor games, sports, music, snacks.

Locations Currently Include:

Rocwood Mews, Grange Manor (Waterford City) 2pm-5pm

Shanliss, Collins Avenue, (Waterford City) 2pm-5pm
