Velké Meziříčí implements, planned or promotes one or more new permanent measure(s), which contribute(s) to modal transfer from private car to environmentally sound means of transport.

Permanent Measures, which shall support sustainable forks of transport or help to increase the share of sustainable transport means when compared to cars, include:
- Calming of transport in the east side of the city (Karlov) by moving the city sign by 1.5 km and modifying traffic signs in adjacent streets.
