A new liveable space in front of the school for everyone!
In Chieri (near Turin, Italy), a participatory process involving a primary School (Fea) have made possible to pedestrianize partially the street in front of the school, thus creating a liveable space that connects safely the school building.

The Municipality of Chieri through the LaQUP Association project and the financial support of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo in cooperation with Politecnico di Torino and a group of associations, engaged teachers, students, families in co-designing the public space in front of the schools.
A Planning for a Real 3D model was made and used for consultations.

On September during the European Mobility Week the new safe space will be officially available for everyone.
