Ramnicu Valcea organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2009, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
From 16-th of september to 22-nd of september , the "EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK" we organise a lot of activities concerning the focal theme "IMPROVING CITY CLIMATES", such as: dissemination of EMW's informations in schools, public transport for at least one whole day for 19-th of september, a pedestrian walk for 19-th of september, too.

The permanent measures implemented this year are: a lot of signposts "residential zone" in our city Ramnicu Valcea, a permanent reallocation of road space in favour of cycling for DEM RADULESCU street, and a lot of lower speed limit.
